Mitch co-founded Post Capital in 2004. He has more than 25 years of private equity and M&A experience. Prior to Post Capital, Mitch worked in the Financial Sponsors Group in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. At Merrill Lynch, Mitch was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and financing acquisitions for financial sponsors across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mitch worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP representing financial sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as working on large public company M&A transactions. Mitch is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and serves on the Board and Investment Committee of a number of non-profit organizations. Mitch received a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from Tufts University.

Christopher Cheang joined Post Capital in 2009 and leads the firm’s business development efforts, in addition to his involvement in deal execution, portfolio company management, fund administration and investor relations.  Christopher also serves as Post Capital's Chief Compliance Officer.  Prior to joining Post Capital, Christopher worked in Shanghai for Cabot China Limited, a joint venture of Cabot Corporation, a NYSE-listed specialty chemicals company. At Cabot China, Christopher served on the management team and had a wide range of responsibilities, including strategy, corporate planning, business development and financial analysis. Prior to joining Cabot China, Christopher was an investment banker with Adams Harkness, a middle-market investment bank in Boston. Christopher earned his BA from Middlebury College and his MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Prior to joining Post Capital, Isaac served as the Chief Financial Officer of PicoBrew, a start-up consumer electronics company which developed a line of IOT-enabled automated beer homebrewing appliances. Previously, Isaac served as a Vice President at Aterian Investment Partners, a $260 million private equity fund focused on special situations and under performing companies, where he assisted in the underwriting and due diligence of new investment opportunities and the active management of existing portfolio company investments. Earlier in his private equity career, Isaac spent three years with LLR Partners where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing transactions primarily in the business services and software industries. Isaac began his career as an investment banking analyst in Credit Suisse First Boston’s financial institutions group. Isaac received his BS and MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sam was the Founder and CEO of DTT, a Post Capital portfolio company, and a business he founded in 1999.  Prior to DTT, Sam founded The NORG Group which entered into Joint Venture agreements with the 99 Cents Only Corporation.  NORG established joint venture partners for the 99 Cents Only Corporation in China, Guatemala and Mexico.   Prior to The NORG Group, Sam established Daru Nardin, a pharmaceutical brokerage firm specializing in the Middle East.

Roscoe Smith III, Data, Information Services and Publishing

Roscoe has over 25 years of experience in the information and business-to-business publishing industry. He is currently the CEO of VerusMed, a provider of clinical news briefs to physicians and other healthcare and industry professionals.  Roscoe was formerly CEO of Agent Media, a Post Capital portfolio company.  Agent Media provided database and marketing service to the insurance industry. Previously Roscoe was President of Knowledge Industries Publications, an owner of trade magazines, newsletters, conferences and trade shows.  Roscoe became the President of PBI Media after it acquired KIPI in 1996.  Prior to KIPI, he was the publisher of Architectural Record, a McGraw Hill publication.

Phil Johnson, Specialty Chemicals

Phil is a 25-year veteran of the specialty chemicals industry.  He was the CEO of BHS Specialty Chemicals, a Post Capital portfolio company.  Prior to working with Post Capital to pursue an “Executive-First” Search, which resulted in the acquisition of BHS, Phil was President of Dixie Chemical, a specialty chemical manufacturer. Before joining Dixie, Phil had extensive, senior-level management experience at Hercules and ExxonMobil Chemical Company.

Jason Patchen, Healthcare Technology and Services

Jason has more than 15 years of senior leadership experience in managed care and related healthcare technology services.  Jason was a founder and former CEO of Visionary HealthWare, a provider-based healthcare IT company.  Before creating Visionary HealthWare, he served as COO of Health Integrated, one of the largest disease management companies in the United States.  Health Integrated provides a variety of healthcare services for the chronically ill in the commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid markets.

Morgan Davis, Insurance/Financial Services

Morgan has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry.  He co-founded and was the former President and CEO of White Mountains Insurance Company.  Morgan previously served as the President of the Fireman’s Fund Commercial Insurance business.  He also served as Managing Director of One Beacon Insurance Group, Chairman of the Peninsula Insurance Company and Chairman of Valley Group.
