Post Capital Partners Addresses the Changing Environment for Behavioral Health Investments

Growth in autism and other developmental disabilities, plus the evolution of related state laws, driving expansion of the behavioral health market

New York, September 14, 2017 – At the first Capital Roundtable focused on Private Equity investing in Behavioral Healthcare Companies today in New York City, Mitch Davidson, Managing Director of Post Capital Partners, participated in a panel entitled “Due Diligence When Industry Standards Are Lacking -- How to Evaluate Behavioral Healthcare Companies.”

Mitch focused his comments on the impact of recent state legislation and regulatory changes in the behavioral health industry and how health insurers see the evolution in the marketplace.

“Post Capital has an ongoing interest in the behavioral health market. We believe that we can invest behind powerful macro and financial trends, but most importantly at the same time to grow businesses that help improve the lives of children and their families and create a brighter future,” said Mr. Davidson.

In 2016, Post Capital completed the recapitalization of Invo HealthCare, a leading provider of behavioral health and therapy services for special needs and autistic  children. Through its “Executive-First” strategy, Post partnered with Invo CEO Anthony Manley and his team to develop and implement a growth strategy that enforced Invo’s commitment to serving the unique needs of their students, families and schools.

The Capital Roundtable is America’s leading conference company for the middle-market private equity community, focusing on the “need-to-know” information for general and limited partners, and their colleagues and portfolio company managers.
